A significant increase in workload from a major contract win led this debt collection agency to seek a solution that would automate and optimise their collection process.
BDT’s solution integrated the electronic receipt of client debtors with an automated workflow that triggered actions based on time/and or debt status. Detailed reporting and integration with client systems ensured visibility of the process for both the agency and client.
After the success of the initial project, debtor feeds from all the agency’s clients were progressively migrated to the solution.
